June 4, 1999 - 10 Digit Dialing for 610 & 215!

Starting on June 5, 1999, everyone in the 610 and 215 area codes will be required to dial 10 digits to access ZDial (area code + phone number). You will NOT dial a 1 before the number. To make the necessary changes to your ZDial connection, please visit http://members.zdial.com/10_digit_dialing

January 1, 1999 - Multiple Simultaneous Logons!

We have been noticing an increasing number of Multiple Simultaneous Logons of the same account name.  For example, if your "username" is johndoe and our system sees the "username" johndoe logged on more than one time at the same time, that is considered a Multiple Simultaneous Logons or MSL.   This applies ONLY when 2 computers dial into our system at the same time using the same account (or username).

If your account is caught logged on (dialed up) multiple times (at the same time), it will become disabled.  In order to reactivate your account, there will be a $15 reactivation fee for the first occurrence, and your account will be terminated after the second occurrence and will not be reactivated.

If you are a "pioneer" lifetime member that paid a one time fee, you will loose your lifetime status after the first occurrence, you will be charged $59.95 to reactivate the account and your payment anniversary date will begin from the date you are reactivated.

August 15, 1998 - A Great Big Thanks!

To all of our members that keep referring new clients to us, we Thank You! As promised, you will receive $5 for everyone who mentions your name when they sign up with us! If you wish to have your "referral fee" donated to a charity, we will be posting a list of eligible charities and how to have your fee donated.

Please remember, we are still a small and growing company. If you still have not received your referral check, please be patient - we receive hundreds of referrals every week, and we are processing them as quickly as we can.

Also, please note: we can not give a referral check if your name is not mentioned during the initial signup of a new member. Once a new account is activated, we will not process the referral until after the 30 day "money back guarantee".
